State Water makes energy savings throughout NSW

State Water owns, maintains, manages and operates major infrastructure to deliver bulk water to approximately 6,300 licensed water users on the state’s regulated rivers whilst ensuring environmental flows are sustained.

State water is committed to conducting its operations in line with the principles of ecologically sustainable development. As part of this commitment, State Water is rolling out policies, procedures and project initiaves to reduce their impact on the environment, promoting a positive environmental outcome.

Ecosave was commissioned in 2013 to provide State Water energy savings through upgrading and controlling their lighting usage in Sydney, Tamworth, Dubbo, and Leeton offices.
